I suppose we have seen this coming for a very long time.

I mean, skype for the iPhone was awesome. But it just got way better. It comes with video calls now. Totally epic.

The app works on the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPod touch 4th generation with i0S 4.0 or above. On iPhone 4, you can stream video from both cameras. iPhone 3GS users, of course, can only stream video from the rear-facing camera.

The company's ad may not be the most creative but you can check it out on youtube.com.

But seriously, Skype needs to get better ads. Just saying...
